ABOUT US

We are a small group of artists and designers working in Yogyakarta, the cultural and artistic centre of Java.  The city is famous for traditional dance, music and fine crafts.  In particular it is a centre for the production of silver and the ancient skill of repousse and chasing.

 Our group consists of three members:

WILHELMUS (TITO) WASKITO

  William is a graduate in painting, sculpture and graphics from     the Indonesian Institute of Art, the primier fine arts university   in Indonesia.  William works with the artisans and creating new   designs.

 ROSETTA FERNANDES

  Tito’s wife, also a graduate of The Indonesian Institute of Fine     Arts,  studied traditional dance and ethnography.

RAPHAEL (ARIS) ARIANTO

  Aris is our general manager.  He handles our website, orders, shipping and anything that needs doing.
